We’re so excited to share some big news from our countryside retreat on our working dairy farm in Somerset, just outside of Portishead - in early 2026, we’ll be making life on the farm even more fun with the addition of our Dog Hydro Pool!
Set in the peaceful surroundings of our family dairy farm, our hydro pool offers dogs a safe, supervised space to swim, splash, and build confidence in the water. It will be used by our daycare and hotel guests as part of their enriching farm experience - and will also be available for private hire, so every pup can enjoy some countryside swim time.
Swimming is a brilliant way for dogs to:
- Stay fit with gentle, low-impact exercise
- Build strength, stamina, and coordination
- Boost water confidence in a calm, rural setting
- Enjoy an exciting new form of enrichment during their farm stay or daycare days
After their dip, dogs can dry off by our cozy barn fire, enjoy the warmth of our heated drying area, and relax in true country comfort. We’ve even created a changing area for owners, so you can stay warm and comfortable too!
Our Hydro Fun Swims will also be bookable for private sessions via the Collared app, making it easy for you to plan your dog’s next countryside splash.
We can’t wait to welcome your dogs to the pool and watch them dive into this new adventure on the farm — it’s sure to be a splash hit with every tail-wagger.
